73rd Annual Boomtown Festival Craft Fair ENTRY

Join us for this year's Boomtown Festival! Happening the first Saturday in May, the Boomtown Festival is a day full of activities and fun.

We start the day with the Annual Boomtown Parade, featuring many great floats and displays. Then, we walk over to Clair Engle Park, where the park is full of Craft Vendors, the Family Carnival & Health Fair, and all day in the park we will have great live music and food trucks. To end the evening we welcome a handful of great live bands for our Boomtown Music Festival.

It's truly a whole day of fun that you won't want to miss. So mark your calendar and we'll see you Saturday, May 4th for this year's Boomtown Festival.

Vender Rules

➢ No duplication of products sold.

➢ The Shasta Damboree retains the final right of approval of items sold.

➢ No knives or weapons or noisemaker poppers of any kind are to be sold at the event.

➢ Vendors are to set up between 7 a.m. and 9 a.m. the day of the event. Vehicles may be driven on the park lawn, but  please do not drive over any electrical cords. Vehicles are to be removed from the lawn by 9 a.m. and will not be permitted back on the lawn to take down booths until after 3:30 p.m.

➢ Vendors are responsible for cleaning around their booth area before leaving. The vendor agrees to stay open for business until at least 3:00 p.m. (this year vendors will be able to stay open till as late as 9pm)

➢ There are no refunds for cancellation after April 24th 2024.

Registration for the Boomtown Parade and the Family Carnival & Health Fair is free. If you would like to sell products as part of the Craft Fair you can purchase your space here. Shasta Damboree representitives will not ask for payment through any other form besides our official website.
