Thank you for your interest in being part of this year's Boomtown Festival. This event is a favorite in the north state for both attendees and vendors. You can help us to make this year another success by completing this registration form reserving your space!

Please read the below information to make sure you are prepared and this year is a smooth experience for all.
All vendors are expected to pay the $50 vendor registration fee. Depending on the category, we will not allow duplicate vendors, no knives, weapons or noisemaker/poppers of any kind are to be sold at this event.

Vendors are requested to arrive between the hours of 7am and 9am, but MUST be in place and ready to sell by or before 9am. Vehicle may be driven on the park lawn, but please do not drive over any electrical cords. Vehicles are to be removed from the lawn by 9am and will not be permitted back on the lawn to take down booths until after 3:30pm.

We require that vendors stay throughout the entire event from 9am to 3pm. This year we are adding the option for vendors to stay until 8pm. Please notated on your registration form if you are staying until 8pm.

By registering for the event you are aware that vendors MUST have all accurate and up to date permits and licenses. There are no refunds for cancellations after May 1st, 2025. Any vendors who do not give notice that they will not be attending, even after May 1st, may not be allowed to attend future events.

The Shasta Damboree does not provide any tents, chairs or power. Gas generators are not permitted without prior approval.

The Shasta Damboree has the right to refuse service to any vendor prior or during the event. Vendor who do not show up without notice or asked to leave during the event will not be issued a refund and will not be invited back.
